Full-stack development is the number one coding skill on Upwork by volume of work posted. Read that as a supply signal before anything else. Deep supply is good for your budget and bad for your shortlist, because when several thousand teams can build a competent application, portfolios stop separating them and you end up sorting on contracting, specification and continuity instead.
Treat the market sizings as estimates.
